The graphic does not do these applications justice. They are extremely powerful applications and represent the 3 main areas in which ME10 has always been lacking: GD&T, Machining/surface symbols and dimensional tolerancing. The main feature of these tools is that they are as easy to use as standard dimensioning. The symbols orientate themselves where they are supposed to be without any extra input from the user. Direction (perpendicularity), choice of font, adjust point are all calculated by the macro itself.

Many have already seen these applications in action at user group conferences and expressed a wish to have them themselves. Well, in not too long they will be released - for the benefit of all.

They will all be upgraded, converting them from menus to tables and adding a more modern look and feel which can be seen in other applications on this site.

During the enhancement process which will take 2-3 months, all users are welcome to make suggestions to new features, functionality, layout etc. That way we can create perfect solutions that suit everyone.

These three applications represent only a small fraction of the tools which will eventually become available. Other areas which will be covered are: Text, Parts, Dimensioning, fastener libraries, geometric analysis, geometric projection (2-1/2 D) and perhaps even some macro development tools!
