The resolution of the image can be defined and the filename changed according to your requirements.

ME2ras detects itself if a file already exists and asks if it should be replaced.

Installation is very easy and its inclusion in a customized startup routine is simple.

Support (not likely that you should need any) is easy to get and the guys at Orcon are very helpful.

A downloadable demo-version is available (highly-recommended). The demo-version is limited to TIFF generation only and images have "www.orcon.de" added automatically.

Phoenix/VIEW
Orcon's viewer, Phoenix/VIEW is actually a bitmap viewer. Orcon targets companies who archive/distribute documents in raster format and their viewer is very convenient for such environments.

Phoenix/VIEW also offers redlining - making it more far more useful than traditional raster "viewers".
